Terms of Policy

    • Membership must be active at the time of warranty claim.
  2. Coverage
    • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues that render the product unusable.
    • It is valid for the lifetime of the original purchaser, subject to maintaining active Kleara Water Club membership.
  3. One-Time Replacement
    • The warranty entitles the purchaser to a one-time replacement of the faulty or broken product.
  4. Customer Responsibility
    • The faulty or broken product must be returned to Kleara.
    • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
    • Proof of purchase and proof of active Kleara Water Club membership must be provided when making a claim.
  5. Exclusions
    • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorised repairs, or alterations.
    • Normal wear and tear or aesthetic changes that do not affect the product's functionality are not covered.
  6. How to Claim

    • Once your claim is approved, instructions for returning the product will be provided.
    • After receiving the returned product, a replacement will be shipped to you promptly.
